margin-bottom:0;text-align:justify;line-height:200%;font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:16px;">5、采用单一来源采购方式的原因及说明：</p> <p style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom:20px;text-align:justify;line-height:200%;font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:16px;"> <span style="border-bottom: 1px solid #666;">监利市血吸虫病防治所采购2022年度监利市血防灭螺查治病药械采购项目三标段：灭螺药物45.5万元（50%杀螺胺乙醇铵盐悬浮剂）；六标段：查病试剂27万元（间接血凝）。该项目于2022年4月29日、2022年5月30日两次发布公开招标公告，三标段在5月25日第一次开标时虽有三家供应商参与投标，但其中有两家供应商无法满足采购货物的要求，导致废标。第二次开标时也只有一家供应商参加了开标会。六标段两次开标都只有一家供应商参与投标。均招标失败。<br/>由于血防药品器械，特别是血防灭螺药品的生产供应单位较少，近年来采取公开招标方式，参与招投标的供应商数量往往达不到招投标所需要求，血吸虫病防治是一项季节性较强的工作，由于药品器械不能及时完成采购，从而影响到血吸虫病防治工作的开展。<br/>根据中华人民共和国政府采购法第三章第三十条(一)、第三十<br/>一条(二)之规定:<br/>(一)招标后没有供应商投标或者没有合格标的或者重新招标未能成立的;<br/>(二)发生了不可预见的紧急情况不能从其他供应商处采购的。<br/>故拟采用单一来源采购方式采购三标段：灭螺药物45.5万元（50%杀螺胺乙醇铵盐悬浮剂）、六标段：查病试剂27万元（间接血凝）<br/>灭螺药物（50%杀螺胺乙醇铵盐悬浮剂）拟定供应商为广东农密生物科技有限公司;<br/>查病试剂（间接血凝）剂拟定供应商为武汉璟泓科技股份有限公司。</span> </p> <p style="margin-bottom:0;line-height:200%;font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:18px;font-weight: bold;">二、拟定供应商信息</p> <p style="margin-top: 0;
