（1）供应商访问广东省政府采购网（http://www.gdgpo.gov.cn/），从“政府采购供应商”处登录广东省政府采购综合管理系统并找到项目采购电子交易系统菜单，点击进入系统进行投标。（供应商如果没有广东政府采购网账号的需要提前注册，没有CA的需要提前办理，用以制作标书和开标时解密）<br>
