line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 150%; font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">2、2022年公司从业人员劳动奖励采购供应商招标：为提高从业人员劳动积极性，本项目同时选定“2022年公司从业人员劳动奖励采购供应商招标”的供应商，供货服务期为1年，最终选择“2022年罪犯供应站电商招标”电商中的第一名作为“2022年公司从业人员劳动奖励采购供应商招标”部分的供应商（若“2022年罪犯供应站电商招标”电商中的第一名不满足2022年公司从业人员劳动奖励采购供应商招标资格要求，则依次递补），全年计划采购金额约500万元。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 32px; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 150%; font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">3、具有面对社会大众消费的电子商务平台，支持在线订购、支付等功能，平台软件著作权登记证书的首次发表在2021年12 月31 日以前。提供该平台的计算机软件著作权登记证书复印件，有效期内的《中华人民共和国电信与信息服务业务经营许可证》复印件，业务种类包括“在线数据处理与交易业务”或“互联网信息服务”；或者有效期内的《中华人民共和国增值电信业务经营许可证》复印件，业务种类包括“在线数据处理与交易业务”和“信息服务业务”。如上述证书不属于投报主体，投报主体和该证书所有人须属于同一母公司或法人（须提供关系证明和该证书所有人的授权书）；</span></p><p style="text-indent: 32px; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 150%; font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">4、本项目的供货商品须全部为电商面向社会普通公民销售的自营商品（提供承诺函，监狱特殊要求的除外），2022年罪犯供应站电商招标标项投标人所提供的自营商品必须涵盖《供应站目录》中的85个类别（详见招标文件附件1），2022年公司从业人员劳动奖励采购供应商招标标项投标人所提供的自营商品必须涵盖《从业人员部分劳动奖励清单目录》中的228个类别（详见招标文件附件2）；</span></p><p style="text-indent: 32px; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; line-height: 150%; font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">5、具有完善的网络接口平台，该平台具有监狱订单一键导入及查看商品展示、订单追踪、电子支付等一系列贸易活动功能，具体按照浙江省监狱管理局“罪犯供应站电商商城”接口要求开发（此功能以投标人现场系统演示为准，投标人现场除演示网络接口平台外，还应当演示电商官网或APP的商品情况，如商品品种、详情、单价、成交记录等，以证实投标人是真实存在且正常面对大众化经营的，而非专门针对监狱做销售的，相关要求详见招标文件附件3）；</span></p><p style="text-indent: 32px;
