background-clip: initial;">二、标的信息 （一）根据秦皇岛市财政局（秦财资复〔2022〕9号），关于秦皇岛市房屋维修服务中心房产公开招租的复函和秦皇岛市事业单位国有资产处置申报审批表，对其一处房屋租赁权组织公开转让。 （二）出租资产的基本情况主要包括： 项目名称： 金三角209号； 坐落位置： 秦皇岛市海港区金三角2楼； 出租方名称： 秦皇岛市房屋维修服务中心； 建筑结构： 钢混结构； 建筑面积： 60.52 ㎡ 委托低价： 7600 元/年； 租 赁 期： 3 年； 其他说明： 以上出租房产，不存在任何产权、租赁纠纷等问题，不涉及优先承租。委托底价中不包含水、电、暖、物业及装修费用，承租人需要对房屋进行较大装修或改变房屋使用性质和原有结构的，必须经秦皇岛市房屋维修服务中心同意，并提供装修方案和施工图纸，秦皇岛市房屋维修服务中心有权监督施工过程，并对施工结果进行验收。 （三）租赁具体要求： 1 、房屋押金为成交价的百分之十； 2 、房屋用途不受限制，但不得利用租赁的房屋进行非法活动，损害公共利益； 3 、其它要求详见租赁合同。 （四）意向受让方参与交易活动前，应对交易标的进行充分全面了解，查看相关资料、标的详情现状和有关政策规定，自行勘察交易标的实物，公告未尽事宜，标的物以实际状况为准。参与竞买的，即表明认可交易标的现状，意向受让方应自行承担可能由此产生的损失。转让方不统一组织答疑和书面答疑，意向受让方若有疑问，可以通过电话向转让方进行咨询。 本次转让的标的信息由转让方提供，仅供参考。 <span style="font-size: 21px;
