style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">具有履行合同所必需的设备和专业技术能力；</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">4.</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录；</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">5.</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">参加政府采购活动前</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">3</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">年内，在经营活动中没有重大违法记录；</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">6.</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">法律、行政法规规定的其他条件。</span></span></p><p style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">（三）单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得同时参加同一包的采购活动。生产型企业的生产场经营地址或者注册登记地址为同一地址的，非国有销售型企业的股东和管理人员（法定代表人、董事、监事）之间存在近亲属、相互占股等关联的，也不得同时参加同一包的采购活动。近亲属指夫妻、直系血亲、三代以内旁系血亲或近姻亲关系。</span></span></p><p
