style="font-family:宋体">”）正线起自沪杭高铁及规划沪乍杭铁路桐乡站，终至杭甬高铁及杭绍台铁路绍兴北站，线路全长72.57公里，其中新建工程长度71.24km，利用在建及规划线路长度1.33km；设杭州南站至萧山机场联络线，线路全长13.65km。</span><span style="font-family:宋体">机场高铁项目涉及征地拆迁、管线迁改、“三改”工程、“三电”迁改、压覆矿及文物、土地复垦、临时用地补偿以及其它附着物等政策处理投资额约<span style="text-decoration:underline;"> *** </span>万元。</span></p><p style="text-indent:28px;line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:宋体">招标内容为机场高铁项目</span><span style="font-family:宋体">所涉的征地、拆迁全过程第三方审价咨询服务项目，包含但不限于征地拆迁范围内实物量及地面附着物的调查、核实、确认；征拆及附着物数量和费用的审核；特殊拆迁数量和费用的审核；拆迁安置补偿费审核；压覆矿及文物费用确认审核；土地复垦及临时用地补偿费用确认审核；概算清理、“三电”迁改方案和费用的确认、审核；管线迁改方案和费用的确认和审核；“三改”工程费用审核；征拆费用的验工计价办理和结算审核；征拆费用的概算清理；征拆政策咨询、</span><span style="font-family:宋体">与沿线地方政府签订征迁包干实施协议相关配合咨询</span><span style="font-family:宋体">等全过程咨询服务。具体详见第三章“用户需求书”。</span></p><p style="text-indent:28px;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:14px;line-height:150%">（5）自2017年1月1日（以合同（协议）签订日期为准）以来，拟派项目负责人以项目负责人的身份承接过铁路工程征地拆迁第三方审价项目【提供合同（协议）的复印件，第三方审价业绩指全过程造价咨询或结算审核；如不能证明项目规模或不能反映项目负责人的身份和姓名的，须提供业主证明的复印件】；</span></p><p
