readonly">一、儿童肺功能测试系统1台<br>（一）肺功能检查作为一种重要的临床检查手段，对于判断呼吸系统疾病的病理生理改变、疾病严重程度及鉴别呼吸系统疾病性质、评估药物治疗效果、指导呼吸机参数合理调整、对婴幼儿肺生长发育监测等有着其他检查手段不可替代的作用。<br>（二）进口和国产产品的差异是：<br>1、核心部件方面：流速传感器是肺功能部分的核心部件，决定了肺功能测试的精确程度；进口设备的详细参数表明，其阻力＜0.05Kpa/L/S，误差＜3%，传感器设计精密、准度极高；国产设备传感器参数：阻力＜0.20Kpa/L/S，误差＜10%；传感器精度低，而且使用寿命较短，平均2-3年后传感器就无法使用，而且没有加热功能，导致患者吹出气体中所含的水气，无法排除，影响测试结果和传感器寿命。<br>2、进口设备配置有两套传感器，特别针对婴幼儿气量小的特点，配置了婴幼儿专用的高精传感器，死腔量小于1.3ml，而国产设备只配置了一套成人级别的传感器，相对于专用的婴幼儿传感器误差较大，无法做到3岁以下婴幼儿的肺功能检查，极大的限制了使用范围。<br>3、进口设备激发试验模块所用的压缩机是医用级别的，可以把激发药物雾化到0.4-5um大小，这样可以保证药物可以有效的进入到支气管末端，再配合专用的给药软件，可以做到在病人吸气时给药，呼气时停止给药，既可以保证给药剂量的准确，又不至于浪费药物；国产设备采用的都是普通压缩机，无法保证药物雾化颗粒的大小，同时也没有专业的给药软件相匹配，导致激发试验时，给药量不准确，严重影响检查结果。<br>4、预计值方面：肺功能测量结果需要大量的临床数据统计出的预计值做对比，结果才有临床参考意义；进口设备在中国上市十几年，用户量众多，并且有进口设备做出的大样本中国人的预计值，可以用于临床参照比较。国产设备由于上市时间短，没有较大样本量的中国人预计值，因此做出的结果也无法参照比对。<br>（三）该产品不属于国家法律法规政策明确规定禁止进口的产品。<br>因此，为满足采购单位需求，建议购买进口肺功能测试系统。<br>二、超高清摄像系统1台<br>腹腔镜是一种目前已经广泛使用的微创技术，既能达到开腹手术相同的疗效，又具有损伤小，痛苦轻、恢复快等开腹手术无法比拟的显著优势，是当今外科发展趋势的典型代表。进口产品在国内已有广泛的使用，进入国内市场已经有几十年，口碑很好值得信赖。相对国产系统具有清晰度更高，色彩还原度更好，使用可靠性更强，设备寿命更长等特点。目前国产系统仍还是主要用于检查部分，术中的稳定性及手术效果上和进口产品仍有较大差距。该产品不属于国家法律法规政策明确规定禁止进口的产品。<br>因此专家组一致认为，根据天等县人民医院的特点及现有业务开展和未来的发展需要，建议医院采购进口超高清摄像系统1台。</span>
