<p>(1)本项目要求投标人具有独立法人资格***须具有住房和城乡建设主管部门颁发的房屋建筑工程叁级及以上资质***并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工能力；项目负责人格：①投标人拟派项目经理须具有建筑工程贰级及以上注册建造师资格并具备有效的B类安全生产考核合格证。其他要求：项目经理未在其他在施建设工程项目中任职***如经查实项目经理在其他在施建设工程项目中任职***取消其投标资格；一旦中标***取消其中标资格并没收其投标保证金。现场管理机构组成人员：项目经理一名（建筑工程专业贰级及以上注册建造师证及有效的B类安全生产考核合格证）***技术负责人一名（建筑工程专业中级及 以上职称）、施工员一名（岗位证）、质量员一名（岗位证）、安全员一名（需提供岗位证书）C类安全考核合格证（不再颁发安全员岗位证地区***只需要提供有效的C类安全考核合格证）。（根据建设项目需要***现场项目管理机构人员应为法定未退休人员）。现场管理机构人员与投标单位签订的一年以上劳动合同***现场管理机构人员由投标单位为其缴纳2021年6月1日至投标截止时间任意连续6个月社保缴纳信息。社保缴纳信息按以下任意一种方式提交均认可：①如投标人所在地区已实行社保信息网上查询***提供可在人社部门网站上查询的缴纳养老保险相关信息（将参保信息查询、社保缴费查询打印并加盖投标企业单位公章）***并同时提供现场管理人员查询社保信息的用户名及密码或验证码；②如投标人所在地区未实行社保信息网上查询***可提供2021年6月1日至截止时间任意连续6个月加盖社保机构公章的养老保险缴纳个人明细或对账单。注：如因疫
