<p>合同包1(肇源县2022年第一批农村公路平原村-宋玉田建设项目)特定资格要求如下:</p> <div> <p>(1)供应商须具备公路工程施工总承包叁级及以上资质。</p> </div> <div> <p>(2)供应商须具有有效的安全生产许可证。</p> </div> <div> <p>(3)1、拟任项目经理须具备二级及以上注册建造师资格 (注册单位名称必须与申请人名称一致)， 并具有有效的B类安全生产考核合格证书，且安全生产考核合格证的登记单位名称必须与投标 人名称一致。 注： 自2022年1月1日起，一级建造师统一使用电子证书，纸质注册证书作废。 投标人在上传证明材料时需上传电子证书扫描件(黑白或彩色皆可)。另外，一级建造师打印电 子证书后，应在个人签名处手写本人签名，未手写签名或与签名图像笔迹不一致的， 该电子 证书无效。关于一级建造师电子注册证书具体要求按照《住房和城乡建设部办公厅关于 全面 实行一级建造师电子注册证书的通知》建办市〔2021〕40号文件执行。如供应商提供的是一级注册建造师证，按上述要求执行。</p> </div> <div> <p>(4)投标单位在中华人民共和国境内不得有失信、围标串标、弄虚作假等违法行为，供应商自行提 供承诺书，否则按废标处理。</p> </div> <div>
