(3)供应商须对成都电子政务外网所租用的骨干光纤链路管道进行及时的安全维护和定时的巡检，并每月结束后5日内提交相应安全措施和巡检报告。 (4)供应商须具有并提供成熟完善的应急处理机制和应急处理办法。 （5）机房运维管理 供应该商提供的所有机房应配备固定维护团队，定期对机房空调、消防、配电等相关基础设施进行巡检、维护、保养。 （6）相关文档 供应商应每月提交一份机房运维报告，报告包含并不限于机房巡检记录、维护保养记录、故障处理记录等。 (7)供应商须每月结束后5日前提交上月光纤链路故障报告、维护运行情况报告，须加盖公司公章，并提供电子版。 （8）相关费用 供应商提供的机房如因采购人因业务扩展需要增加使用机柜，采购人只需负责单个机柜的租用服务费，如因负载增加涉及机房相关的升级改造、维修、更换费用由供应商承担。</td> <td
