2.项目负责人要求：拟派项目负责人1人须具有建筑工程专业贰级及以上建造师执业资格，同时具备有效的B类安全生产考核合格证书；与投标单位签订的一年以上劳动合同，投标单位为其缴纳的2021年1月至今连续12个月以上的社保缴纳信息；项目经理未在其他在施建设工程项目中任职的承诺书； 3.项目管理机构其他人员要求：拟派技术负责人1人须具有建筑工程专业中级及以上职称证书；施工员1人须具有岗位证书；质检员1人须具有岗位证书；安全员1人须具有岗位证书及有效的C类安全生产考核合格证（如投标人所在地建设行政主管部门取消安全员岗位证书可只提供有效的C类安全生产考核证)。以上人员提供与投标单位签订的一年以上劳动合同，投标单位为其缴纳的2021年1月至今连续12个月以上的社保缴纳信息。
