font-size: 16pt">其他要求</span> </td> <td colspan="5" style="width:80%;"> <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 黑体; font-size: 16pt">1、本项目采用“不见面开标”系统开标。各投标企业的法定代表授权委托代理人无需到开标现场参与本项目开标活动。但委托代理人必须是投标企业本单位职工，并且能够熟练的操作新点系统，因业务不熟悉而导致的一切后果由投标企业自行承担； 2、在投标截止时间前，各投标人必须进入江西省公共资源交易网-不见面开标大厅进行线上签到，否则无法进入后续的开标环节。如投标人未在投标截止时间前在线签到，按废标处理。 3、外埠来赣施工单位还应持有江西省建设行政主管部门办理的进赣投标备案通知手续材料原件或根据 《关于外省进赣建设工程企业信息登记管理通知》要求办理的企业信息登记并已审核通过的，可提供江西省住建厅官方网站（住建云）“省外进赣企业登记”查询截图复印件加盖单位公章。 4、上传到电子投标系统的各类证书、证件及其他材料等扫描件应用原件进行彩色扫描，投标申请人提供的全部资格审查材料必须真实、准确、完整，如经查证属无效或伪造，将终止其投标资格，并报建设行政主管部门按有关规定处理； 5、本次招标不接受联合体投标。 6、农民工工资保障金，中标人应按饶府办字【2011】20号文件规定缴纳农民工工资保障金。 7、按饶建发【2018】30号文规定，施工企业必须执行建筑工程施工现场关键岗位人员刷脸考勤管理规定； 8、投标人依法投标告知书： （1）与招标人存在利害关系可能影响招标公正性的法人、其他组织或者个人，不得参加投标。 （2）拒收逾期送达或者不按照招标文件要求密封的投标文件。（3）禁止围标、串标行为，一经发现,中标无效，并依法进行处罚。 （4）禁止使用通过受让或者租借等方式获取的资格、资质证书参加投标；禁止使用伪造、变造的许可证件；提供虚假的财务状况或者业绩；提供虚假的项目负责人或者主要技术人员简历、劳动关系证明；提供虚假 的信用等弄虚作假行为. 一经发现,中标无效，并依法进行处罚。 （5）中标人应当按照合同约定履行义务，完成中标项目。中标人不得向他人转让中标项目，也不得将中标项目肢解后分别向他人转让，不得以任何理由随意更改投标 文件中约定的管理人员和完成中标项目的其他技术标准。 （6）以上行为一经查实将依法严肃处理，并以企业不良记录行为记入相关信用平台。 9、其它要求详见资审文件及招标文件。10本项目按照《关于江西省住房城乡建设领域惠企稳岗保障经济稳定运行若干措施的通知》（赣建建〔2022〕6号）文件“七、完善信用体系建设对《关于全省房屋建筑和市政基础设施工程招标投标试行运用建筑施工企业信用评价结果的通知》（赣建字〔2021〕11号）适用范围适当调整，在江西省行政区域内招标控制价在2000万元及以下的依法必须招标的房屋建筑和市政基础设施工程施工总承包项目，不运用建筑施工企业信用信息评价结果。”要求执行，评标办法采用房建市政工程报价承诺法。</span> </td> </tr> <tr> <td align="center" colspan="6"> <span style="font-family: 黑体;
