margin-bottom:0;text-align:justify;line-height:200%;font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:16px;">6、本项目的特定资格要求：</p> <p style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom:20px;text-align:justify;line-height:200%;font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:16px;"> <span style="border-bottom: 1px solid #666;">（1）供应商须具备建筑装修装饰工程专业承包贰级及以上资质。<br/>（2）供应商具备独立的法人资格、有效的营业执照。<br/>（3）具有建设行政主管部门核发的有效安全生产许可证。<br/>（4）供应商拟派项目负责人必须满足以下要求：<br/>①拟承担本工程项目负责人必须具备贰级及以上建造师注册证书，其注册专业为建筑工程，其证书上记载的聘用单位须是该供应商，且须具备建设行政主管部门核发的B类安全生产考核合格证书。<br/>②拟派本工程施工项目负责人未同时担任其它工程施工项目负责人，并做出承诺。<br/>（5）拟派本项目的现场关键岗位管理人员(项目负责人、技术负责人、施工员、现场专职安全员、质量员、材料员、资料员)至少各 1 人，且拟派本项目的现场管理人员不得相互兼任，安全员须具备建设行政主管部门核发的 C 类安全生产考核合格证书。<br/>（6）供应商须进入“湖北省建筑市场监督和诚信一体化平台”进行企业基本信息和人员信息登记，拟投入本项目相关人员需在平台备案登记并提供平台中打印的网页截图；<br/>（7）供应商通过“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)、中国政府采购网(www.ccgp.gov.cn) 等渠道查询相关主体信用记录，未被列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单、拖欠农民工工资失信联合惩戒对象名单等；<br/>（8）本项目不接受联合体磋商。</span> </p> <p style="margin-bottom:0;line-height:200%;font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:18px;font-weight: bold;">三、获取采购文件</p> <p style="margin-top: 0;
