<td>本次租赁服务包含38套车载图传系统、14套单警执法系统、后端管理平台及相对应的网络传输。本次建设的车载移动图传系统采用分层结构，从逻辑关系上看主要分为三层：前端子系统—传输子系统—后端管理子系统。前端建设要求：通过车外视频监控云台摄像机、GPS等实现警员执法车辆全方位信息覆盖，实现车载监控系统智能化管理。图传监控平台要求：针对视频监控、定位管理、录像取证、远程调度等方面的应用需求，搭建满足管理安全化、实时化、智能化、效率化要求的调度管理平台。存储及网络要求：实现是前端存储、网络传输实时化。在实现安全稳定前端存储的同时，前端利用4G、5G等无线传输技术，平台侧采用光纤传输网络输技术实现车辆及现场信息的主动、远程上报，方便管理者及时决策调度等，详见磋商文件。</td>
