style="text-indent:24.0000pt;line-height:25.0000pt;">（1）凡具有独立法人资格且不存在重大违法记录和不良信用记录的境内物业服务企业均可能成为合格的投标人，投标人应提供下述资格证明文件，否则导致投标无效。</p><p style="text-indent:24pt;line-height:25pt;">3.1 投标人合法有效的营业执照复印件；</p><p style="text-indent:24pt;word-break:break-all;line-height:25pt;">3.2投标人须提供参加本项目活动（本项目投标截止时间止）前3年内在经营活动中没有重大违法记录和无不良信用记录的书面声明原件；</p><p style="text-indent:36pt;word-break:break-all;line-height:25pt;">3.2.1重大违法记录：指投标人因违法经营受到刑事处罚或责令停产停业、吊销许可证或执照、较大数额罚款等行政处罚。</p><p style="text-indent:36pt;word-break:break-all;line-height:25pt;">3.2.2“信用记录”按照下列规定执行：①信用记录查询的截止时点：信用记录查询的截止时点为本项目投标截止当日。 ②信用记录查询渠道：信用中国（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）。 ③信用记录的查询：由资格审查小组通过上述网站查询并打印投标人的信用记录。 ④经查询，投标人参加本项目采购活动(投标截止时间)前三年内被列入失信被执行人名单、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单及其他重大违法记录且相关信用惩戒期限未满的，其资格审查不合格。</p><p
