text-indent: 24.0pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;">市政道路工程前期手续管理工作包括市政道路施工前所有的规划设计管理及相关报批手续的办理，市政道路工程施工全过程的管理包括但不限于施工前的衔接，设计管理（图纸审核及设计变更管理），施工阶段的质量控制、进度控制，安全文明施工管理，资料和档案信息管理，沟通与协调（包括但不限于各参建单位之间的协调管理、与市政公路局、交通管理局等涉及外部政府职能部门的申报、审批等相关工作事项的协调等）；组织工程竣工验收；负责竣工验收资料的审核、审批及移交建设单位审定备案；保修期维修事项的协调和管理。<span></span></span></p> <p>合同履行期限：自合同签订之日起至项目结束</p> <p>本项目不接受联合体投标。</p> <p><strong>二、申请人的资格要求：</strong></p> <p>1.满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；</p> <p>2.落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：</p> <p></p><p style="margin-bottom: 4.2pt;
