0;">(1)参与的供应商（联合体）工程的施工单位全部为符合政策要求的小微企业。；(2)本次招标要求投标申请人必须是在中华人民共和国境内注册的具有独立法人资格的法人及其他组织，具备有效的营业执照，具备建设行政主管部门核发的建筑工程施工总承包叁级（含叁级）及其以上资质施工企业，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工能力。；(3)拟派项目经理具备建筑工程专业贰级及以上注册建造师执业资格和安全生产考核合格B证，且未担任其他在施建设工程项目的项目经理；提供本单位 2022年7月至 2022年 9 月连续 3 个月为其缴纳社会保险的证明（加盖公章，需体现人员姓名，提供查询网址及相关信息，包括社保号、身份证号、密码等）。；(4)技术负责人1人（中级及以上职称）、施工员1人、质量员1人、安全员1人（具备有效的安全生产考核合格证），以上人员要求为建筑工程相关专业，投标人也可以根据项目管理需要增加岗位及人员。。</p>
