<td>1、供应商应承诺拥有与执行本次釆购任务相适应的检验技术能力，有运行良好的实验室管理体系，有安全有效的实验室信息化管理系统和信息分析汇总人员，能够完成产品质量监督抽查数据上报和结果分析工作（提供承诺函）。 2、供应商对每个抽取的样品均要有专人统一编号、登记、封存。样品釆集后，应按要求及时将样品由专人送达检验部门。 3、采集的样品在贮存、运输、保管等过程中，供应商应釆取适当保护措施，避免包装破损及样品之间的交叉污染。每个样品均要制备和留存检测样和复检样。送交实验室的检测样标签应按照有关规定不得涉及被抽检人信息。 4、供应商必须按要求按时完成检测任务，对检测结果进行汇总分析；检验结束后20个工作日内，将结论为“合格”的检验报告直接邮寄送达被检验单位（企业），并附《检验结果通知书》 ；将检验结论为“不合格”的检验报告，全部送达釆购人，由釆购人依法进行后续处理。相关检测数据及信息供应商不得对外发布或另做他用。 5、供应商应当按照采购人的相关要求，依法能开展抽检工作，包括制定抽检方案、检验细则、异议处理和数据统计分析等。并将分析报告提交釆购人，为下一步产品安全风险管控提供研判依据。 6、运输储藏需满足样品的相关要求，对特殊的样品要有相应的运输储藏设备和措施。 7、供应商不得故意隐瞒、修改抽检结果，自觉接受社会各界监督，协助釆购人对相关举报投诉进行调查处理。 8、对抽检过程中发现存在严重事故隐患和重大安全风险的，供应商应及时向釆购人进行通报。 9、供应商出现重大违约行为，釆购人可单方面中止釆购合同；出现违法违规行为的，依法追究相关法律责任。 10、在履行合同期间，供应商指派的抽检及相关人员的人身、防疫及交通安全等由供应商自行负责。
