<p>简要技术需求：<span></span></p> <p>服务范围：<span></span></p> <p>按照规范、设计、法律法规、规范性文件、采购人相关管理规定等要求及项目情况完成本项目室内材料清单环保审查、生产企业现场考察和环保评估、监督生产、施工现场巡查和材料抽检、空气监测、污染治理、技术咨询及其他环保配合工作。<span></span></p> <p>室内空气质量控制目标：<span></span></p> <p>装修完毕后地上及地下食堂、活动室等人员密集区域室内空气质量达到如下指标：甲醛≤<span>0.05mg/m3</span>、苯≤<span>0.03mg/m3</span>、<span>TVOC</span>≤<span>0.30mg/m3</span>。<span></span></p> <p>检测方法为：<span>GB50325-2020</span>。<span></span></p> <p>本次室内装修环保控制范围：<span></span></p> <p>包含<span>C03</span>、<span>C05</span>、<span>C08</span>地块地上及地下食堂、活动室等人员密集区域，总控制面积约为<span>17</span>万平方米。其中<span>C03</span>地块控制面积为<span>3.6</span>万平方米、<span>C05</span>地块控制面积为<span>4.7</span>万平方米、<span>C08</span>地块控制面积为<span>8.7</span>万平方米。<span></span></p>
