0;">1、供应商具有独立承担民事责任能力的法人、事业单位或其他组织。供应商应提供合法有效的标识有统一社会信用代码的营业执照或事业单位法人证书等国家规定的相关证明；（须具备相关经营范围）？？2、税收缴纳证明：提供2022年06月至今已缴纳的至少一个月的纳税证明（银行缴费凭证）或完税证明，依法免税的单位应提供相关证明材料；？？？？3、财务状况报告：提供2021年度的财务审计报告，成立时间至提交投标文件递交截止时间不足一年的，供应商须自行声明；4、提供具有履行合同所必需的设备和专业技术能力的证明资料或承诺书；5、社会养老保障资金缴纳证明：提供2022年06月至今任意一个月已缴存的社会养老保障资金银行缴费单据或社保机构开具的社会养老保险参保缴费情况证明，依法不需要缴纳社会保障资金的单位应提供相关证明材料；6、参加政府采购活动前三年内，在经营活动中没有重大违法记录的书面声明；谈判供应商不得列入信用中国（http://www.creditchina.gov.cn/）被失信执行人、企业经营异常名录、重大违法税收违法案件当事人名单，不得列入中国政府采购网(www.ccgp.gov.cn)政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单（网页查询截图并加盖谈判供应商公章）；提供榆林市政府采购货物类项目供应商信用承诺书原件（格式见采购文件）；7、提供谈判保证金交纳凭证。8、本项目专门面向中小企业采购</p>
