style="text-indent:30.0000pt;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:150%;">1.1、具有独立承担民事责任的能力；</p><p style="text-indent:30.0000pt;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:150%;">1.2、具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度；</p><p style="text-indent:30.0000pt;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:150%;">1.3、具有履行合同所必需的设备和专业技术能力；</p><p style="text-indent:30.0000pt;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:150%;">1.4、具有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录；</p><p style="text-indent:30.0000pt;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:150%;">1.5、参加本次比选活动前三年内，在经营活动中没有重大违法记录；</p><p style="text-indent:30.0000pt;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:150%;">1.6、法律、行政法规规定的其他条件。</p><p style="text-indent:30.0000pt;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:150%;">2、比选申请人未对本次比选项目提供过整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务。</p><p style="text-indent:30.0000pt;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:150%;">3、比选申请人与其他比选申请人之间，单位负责人不为同一人而且不存在直接控股、管理关系。</p><p style="text-indent:30.0000pt;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:150%;">4、比选申请人单位及其现任法定代表人不得具有行贿犯罪记录。</p><p style="text-indent:30.0000pt;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:150%;">5、本项目不接受联合体比选。</p><p style="text-indent:30.0000pt;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:150%;">6、根据本项目提出的特殊要求：</p><p style="text-indent:30.0000pt;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:150%;">6.1比选申请人具备建设行政主管部门颁发的市政工程施工总承包三级及以上资质；</p><p style="text-indent:30.0000pt;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:150%;">6.2比选申请人具有有效的安全生产许可证；</p><p style="text-indent:30.0000pt;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:150%;">6.3比选申请人企业注册地不在四川省行政区域内的，须提供《四川省省外建筑企业入川承揽业务验证登记证》或带二维码的《四川省省外施工、监理入川承揽业务信息录入证》。</p><p
