资金等方面具备相应能力施工企业。 3.2竞标人拟派项目经理须具备水利水电工程专业贰级以上(含贰级)注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书（B 类）；且为本单位在职职工。本项目不接受有在建、已开标未开工或已列为其他项目中标候选人第一名的建造师作为项目经理。</p> <p><strong>三、获取采购文件</strong></p> <p>时间：2022年10月26日 至
