①每天早、中、晚各全面清扫一次纸屑、果皮等垃圾，其余时间实行动态保洁；每周用水冲洗地面一次。 ②发现油迹、污迹、锈迹时，应即时用清洁剂擦洗干净。 ③下雨天应及时清扫路面，确保路面无积水。 (4)保洁标准：目视地面无垃圾、果皮、纸屑，无积水。 (5)安全监控：负责总控室监控设备管理、24小时值班，保障设备正常运行，按照规定保存调取监控录像及相关资料管理。
