word-break: break-all;">预计采购时间（填写到月）</th><th width="10%" style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">备注</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr style="text-align: center;" width="100%"><td class="code-sectionNo" width="10%">2022005</td><td class="code-purchaseProjectName" width="20%">舟岱跨海大桥交通执法辅助性事务社会化购买服务项目</td><td class="code-purchaseRequirementDetail" width="30%">（一）购买服务的主要内容为： 1.巡查并协助发现、制止、纠正舟岱大桥各类损坏、侵占、污染、占（利）用公路路产的违法行为。 2.巡查并协助发现、制止舟岱大桥未取得道路客运、货运、危险品经营许可擅自从事道路客运、货运、危险品运输经营的行为。 3.巡查并协助发现、制止舟岱大桥下空间违法建筑的行为。 4.协助巡查舟岱大桥标志标线、施工现场秩序及公路附属设施（交安设施）完好情况。 5.辅助配合做好交通行政许可审批的舟岱大桥公路路政许可项目现场踏勘工作，并配合做好对许可项目实施过程进行（事前、事中、事后）检查。 6.及时发现舟岱大桥交通事故和突发事件，立即告知相关部门，并配合做好相关工作。 7.协助舟岱大桥的求援（助）者提供必要的帮助。 8.辅助开展舟岱大桥公路的治超工作。 9.辅助实施舟岱大桥路面、桥下空间、特殊勤务和专项整治等巡查工作。 10.协助开展舟岱大桥烟墩、双合高速公路交通执法站点站场及管理服务工作。 11.协助做好其他舟岱大桥交通巡查及执法辅助性事务。12.负责司机驿站日常管理。 （二）相关要求 1.服务要求配置17人、2辆巡查车。 2.要求实行24小时全程定期、不定期监控、巡查服务，服从购买方管理，做到24小时值勤服务。 3.服务期内分别在舟岱大桥烟墩、双合高速公路交通执法站点，巡查人员统一由市交通执法队高速公路执法处配置调度，并接受购买方考核。 4.配置的人员日常办公等统一入驻以上两个交通执法站点，日常办公设施、设备、用具等由购买方负责保障。 5.辅助人员必须符合以下基本条件： （1）遵守国家法律法规，具有一定的政治素质，较强的事业心、责任感和一定的公路知识、法律知识 、行政管理知识； （2）身体健康且能胜任岗位工作； （3）年龄在40周岁以下，应具备高中以上文化程度;
