（2）定点零售药店：检查药店处方药处方真实情况，药店是否将不应由医保支付的费用纳入支付范围，是否非法使用医保凭证，是否存在医保卡套现。是否存在盗刷医疗保障身份凭证；使用医保卡购买化妆品、生活用品、营养保健品等行为；是否存在串换药品、耗材、物品等骗取医疗保障基金支出行为；是否存在虚构购药行为进行医保卡套现的情况；是否按规定使用云mis系统情况；定点零售药店及其工作人员其他欺诈骗保行为。</td>
