宋体">投标人须遵守国家法律法规，当前未被列入“信用中国（https://www.creditchina.gov.cn/）”有关失信被执行人名单、税收违法黑名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单和经营异常名录。（招标人和代理机构有权根据评标需要，在评标现场对本条款的相关要求进行网络查询核实，并由评标委员会根据查询情况予以评判）。</span></p><p
