8.信誉要求：比选申请人不得为信用中国网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)中列入重大税收违法案件、政府采购严重违法失信当事人名单的供应商；不得为中国执行信息公开网站（http://zxgk.court.gov.cn/shixin/）中列入失信被执行人名单的供应商。</p><p
