class="innercontent"> <p>合同包1(“银龄安康行动”老年人意外伤害综合保险服务)特定资格要求如下:</p> <div> <p>(1)（1）具有有效的《经营保险业务许可证》，符合银保监《保险公司管理规定》的要求。投标人可以是保险总公司或者保险分支机构（分支机构投标的，总部须授权），但须符合《经营保险业务许可证》规定的区域经营范围。 （2）单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得同时参加本采购项目（包组）投标。 为本项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的供应商，不得再参与本项目投标。按投标函相关承诺要求内容； （3）供应商未被列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单及其他不符合规定条件的供应商【以采购代理机构在投标截止日当天在“信用中国”网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）及中国政府采购网(www.ccgp.gov.cn)查询结果为准，注：若供应商为分支机构的，同时对该分支机构所属总公司（总所）进行信用记录查询，该分支机构所属总公司(总所）存在不良信用记录的，视同供应商存在不良信用记录。】；
