①供应商具有建设行政主管部门颁发的建筑工程施工总承包叁级（含）及以上资质；同时具备工程设计建筑行业（建筑工程）专业丙级（含）【或工程设计建筑行业丙级（含）或工程设计综合甲级】及以上资质。</p> </div> <div> <p>(2)供应商具备有效的安全生产许可证（联合体投标，施工单位具备）。</p> </div> <div>
