style="text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:1***%;">（1）报价文件提交方式：本项目为南宁市全流程电子化项目，通过“政采云”平台（http：//www.zcygov.cn）实行在线电子报价，供应商应先安装“政采云电子交易客户端”（请自行前往“政采云”平台进行下载），并按照本项目采购文件和“政采云”平台的要求编制、加密后在投标截止时间前通过网络上传至南宁市“政采云”平台，<strong>供应商在“政采云”平台提交电子版报价文件时，请填写参加远程采购活动经办人联系方式，</strong>电子报价文件具体操作流程详见本公告附件2。</p><p align="left" style="text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:1***%;">（2）未进行网上注册并办理数字证书（CA认证）的供应商将无法参与本项目政府采购活动，潜在供应商应当在投标截止时间前，完成电子交易平台上的CA数字证书办理（申领流程见本公告附件1）及报价文件的提交。完成CA数字证书办理预计7日左右，供应商只需办理其中一家CA数字证书及签章。</p><p align="left" style="text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:1***%;">（3）为确保网上操作合法、有效和安全，请供应商确保在电子报价过程中能够对相关数据电文进行加密和使用电子签章，妥善保管CA数字证书并使用有效的CA数字证书参与整个采购活动。</p><p
