0;">（1）具有独立承担民事责任的法人、其他组织或自然人，提供有效的营业执照等相应证明文件，非法人单位参照执行；（2）财务状况报告：法人提供经审计的2020年度或2021年度的财务报告或提交磋商文件截止时间前六个月内其基本账户开户银行出具的资信证明；其他组织和自然人提供银行出具的资信证明或财务报表；（3）税收缴纳证明：法人提供磋商文件截止时间前一年内至少六个月已缴纳的增值税或企业所得税的凭据；其他组织和自然人提供磋商文件截止时间前一年内至少六个月缴纳税收的凭据；依法免税的供应商应提供相关文件证明；（4）社会保障资金缴纳证明：提供磋商文件截止时间前一年内至少六个月已缴纳的社会保障资金的凭据；依法不需要缴纳社会保障资金的供应商应提供相关文件证明；（5）提供具有履行本合同所必需的设备和专业技术能力的说明及承诺；（6）提供参加本次政府采购活动前三年内在经营活动中没有重大违法记录的书面声明；（7）法定代表人授权书及被授权人身份证，法定代表人直接参加磋商的须提供其身份证，非法人单位参照执行。</p>
