（4）创建时间安排； （5）投资概算； （6）责任分工。 2.编制《省级全域旅游示范区创建申报材料》，包括： （1）创建申报书； （2）专题文字汇报材料； （3）全域旅游产业运行情况； （4）自评打分表。 3.编制《省级全域旅游示范区达标佐证归档材料》，包括9个部分： （1）体制机制材料； （2）政策保障材料； （3）公共服务材料； （4）供给体系材料； （5）秩序与安全材料； （6）资源与环境材料； （7）品牌影响材料； （8）创新示范材料； （9）扣分项材料。 4.我公司协助采购人做好《省级全域旅游示范区创建申报材料》和《省级全域旅游示范区达标佐证归档材料》的报送及后续修改完善； 5.我公司协助采购人撰写评审会汇报材料，其他采购人需要协助编写的材料。 （二）技术指导 1.按照《实施方案》，对标准化创建整改项目进行技术指导，包括现场指导和电话等方式指导，现场指导后提供文字性的阶段性整改意见； 2.各类旅游标识系统，游客中心、旅游厕所、停车场等的点位布局及设计审查、技术把关； 3.按照全域旅游示范区创建相应标准、规范要求，对全域全景图、全景导览图、交通标识牌、景物介绍牌、温馨提示安全警示牌、公共信息图形牌等导视系统进行点位布局及其他旅游服务设施设计方案进行技术审查； 4.及时审查各个部门提交的旅游功能性设施对标设计方案，包括旅游集散中心、公路服务区（点）、游客服务中心、服务点、主要停车场、旅游厕所新建及改造等设施设计方案功能合规性，以及对采购人的大数据中心建设方案的功能模块完整性提出要求； 5.与采购人及创建工作领导小组商议解决创建工作的重大事项； 6.根据旅游新业态标准对区域内相关旅游业态进行标准化提升建设指导； 7.对采购人制作的创建视频提出指导建议；
