0;">1、供应商须具为独立承担民事责任能力的法人或其他组织或自然人，具备承揽本项目采购内容的能力；？2、供应商需符合《就业年龄段智力、精神及重度肢体残疾人托养服务规范》(国家市场监督管理总局、中国国家标准化管理委员会发布的中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T37516-2019)、《政府购买残疾人服务技术标准与规范(试行)》(残联发〔2016〕6？号)中关于机构人员和准入标准的有关规定。根据市残联发〔2017〕98号文件要求，承接项目的机构必须持有经由汉中市社会组织服务中心评估具有残疾人居家托养服务工作能力的正式文件；3、本项目只针对中、小、微型企业参与投标；4、本项目不接受联合体投标。</p>
