style="text-indent:24.0000pt;line-height:22.0000pt;">1、比选申请人参加本次比选活动应当具备下列条件：</p><p style="text-indent:30.0000pt;line-height:22.0000pt;">1.1、具有独立承担民事责任的能力；</p><p style="text-indent:30.0000pt;line-height:22.0000pt;">1.2、具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度；</p><p style="text-indent:30.0000pt;line-height:22.0000pt;">1.3、具有履行合同所必需的设备和专业技术能力；</p><p style="text-indent:30.0000pt;line-height:22.0000pt;">1.4、具有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录；</p><p style="text-indent:30.0000pt;line-height:22.0000pt;">1.5、参加本次比选活动前三年内，在经营活动中没有重大违法记录；</p><p style="text-indent:30.0000pt;line-height:22.0000pt;">1.6、法律、行政法规规定的其他条件。</p><p style="text-indent:30.0000pt;line-height:22.0000pt;">2、比选申请人未对本次比选项目提供过整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务。</p><p style="text-indent:30.0000pt;line-height:22.0000pt;">3、比选申请人与其他比选申请人之间，单位负责人不为同一人而且不存在直接控股、管理关系。</p><p style="text-indent:30.0000pt;line-height:22.0000pt;">4、比选申请人单位及其现任法定代表人不得具有行贿犯罪记录。</p><p style="text-indent:30.0000pt;line-height:22.0000pt;">5、本项目不接受联合体比选。</p><p style="text-indent:24.0000pt;line-height:20.0000pt;">获取比选文件时，比选申请人为法人或者其他组织的，只需提供单位介绍信（格式自拟）、加盖单位鲜章的经办人身份证明复印件；比选申请人为自然人的，只需提供本人身份证明；）</p><p style="text-indent:24.0000pt;line-height:20.0000pt;">比选申请人购买比选文件时必须如实认真填写项目信息及比选申请人信息；若因比选申请人提供的信息错误，对自身投标事宜造成影响的，由比选申请人自行承担责任。</p><p
