text-autospace: ideograph-numeric; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">3.1投标申请人须具备建设行政主管部门核发的水利水电工程施工总承包叁级或以上资质，具有类似项目业绩，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具备相应的施工能力。</p><p align="justify" style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-align: justify; line-height: 180%; text-indent: 21pt; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">3.2投标单位拟派出的项目经理须具备水利水电工程专业贰级或以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在施建设工程项目的项目经理。</p><p align="justify" style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255);
