2131-2021）等相关规范规定进行规划编制。3、售后服务：（1）中标单位应在规划成果提交后至2024年12月31日承担该规划修改调整时图件的绘制工作。（2）供应商应及时响应采购人的会议要求，并根据会议中提出的修改意见，对规划设计成果或文件进行调整、修改和补充至有关部门审核通过。（3）供应商对提交的规划设计成果或文件质量负责，提交的规划设计及文件数量符合采购人申报、备案及存档数量。4.其他要求：（1）供应商自行组织前期资料收集，包含但不限于实地走访、调研和地形图测绘等工作。（2）中标供应商负责本项目“多规合一”、“一张蓝图”、“一张图”等相关系统的上图入库工作。（3）供应商负责本项目相关会议的全部费用，本项目如需评审的则中标人负责相关的专家评审费。</td>
