<p>(1)具有有效工商营业执照和建筑工程施工总承包乙级（建筑工程施工总承包叁级）或以上资质，取得有效的《安全生产许可证》，并且资信良好，没有违法违规记录的施工企业；</p> </div> <div> <p>(2)投标人拟派项目负责人须具备建筑工程专业二级（或以上）注册建造师执业资格（广东省外企业拟派注册建造师的资格等级必须为一级），且须在本企业注册，并取得有效的安全生产考核合格证（B类）；须提供注册建造师注册证、安全生产考核合格B证及二代身份证复印件及有效近三个月（2022年8月至2022年10月）的社保证明材料复印件；</p> </div> <div>
