style="margin-left:1.2pt;text-indent:-8.25pt;line-height:28.0pt;">（二）具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度；</p><p style="margin-left:1.2pt;text-indent:-8.25pt;line-height:28.0pt;">（三）具有履行合同所必须的设备和专业技术能力；</p><p style="margin-left:1.2pt;text-indent:-8.25pt;line-height:28.0pt;">（四）有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录；</p><p style="margin-left:1.2pt;text-indent:-8.25pt;line-height:28.0pt;">（五）近三年内,在经营活动中没有重大违法记录；</p><p style="margin-left:1.2pt;text-indent:-8.25pt;line-height:28.0pt;">3）拟派本项目的项目负责人具备注册建造师资格(市政公用工程专业，且注册单位与供应商一致)同时具备有效的项目负责人安全生产考核合格证书B证；</p><p style="margin-left:1.2pt;text-indent:-8.25pt;line-height:28.0pt;">4）拟派本项目的施工员、材料员、质量员、资料员均须具有有效的上岗资格证，专职安全生产管理员具有效的安全生产考核合格证书C证（单位名称与供应商一致）。</p><p
