<p>4）履行合同所必需的设备和专业技术能力：按投标（响应）文件格式填报设备及专业技术能力情况。</p> <p>5）参加采购活动前3年内，在经营活动中没有重大违法记录：参照响应承诺函相关承诺格式内容。
