<p>(1)1、供应商资质：供应商须具备建设行政主管部门颁发的【电力工程施工总承包叁级】（含）以上资质或【输变电工程专业承包叁级】（含）以上资质，同时具备国家能源局或国家电力监管委员会颁发的【承装（修、试）电力设施许可证】,承装类、承修类、承试类伍级（含）以上资质；且资质证书在有效期内；具备有效的安全生产许可证，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的能力。（投标文件须附资质证书扫描件、安全生产许可证扫描件）。2、项目负责人：需具备【机电工程专业二级】(含) 以上建造师资格，必须在本单位注册 (提供有效的建造师执业资格证书、建造师注册证书、B类安全生产考核合格证书扫描件) ，且未担任其他在建工程的项目负责人，提供承诺书并加盖公章 (承诺书格式自拟) 。注：如果供应商拟派项目负责人为【机电工程专业一级】建造师，注册证按《住房和城乡建设部办公厅关于全面实行一级建造师电子注册证书的通知》的要求提供相关资料。3、项目管理机构其他人员：技术负责人：配备技术负责人1名，须具备电力工程相关专业中级（含）以上职称（以职称证书为准，投标文件中须附扫描件）；其他人员至少配备施工员、安全员、质检员/质量员、资料员、材料员、预算员/造价员各1名。(以上人员中安全员提供有效期内的安全生产考核合格证书扫描件，其余人员提供执业
