text-indent: ***1pt;">3.4.4联合体各方应分别在人员、设备、资金等方面具有承担本项目联合体协议书分工职责范围内的履约能力。</p><p style="line-height: 150%; text-indent: ***1pt;">3.4.5联合体中有同类资质的企业按照联合体协议书分工承担相同工作的，应当按照资质等级较低的企业确定联合体资质等级。</p><p style="line-height: 150%; text-indent: ***1pt;">3.4.6注册地在广西的建筑业施工企业与区外建筑业施工企业采用联合体形式参与轨道交通、隧道、综合管廊、大型桥梁、控制价***亿元及以上房屋建筑或市政工程等项目投标的，联合体诚信综合评价分按最高的企业计取，其余情况，联合体中施工企业的信誉实力分按联合体成员中施工企业诚信综合评价分最低的企业认定。</p><p style="line-height: 150%;
