text-indent: 28pt; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0000;">二、申请人的资格要求：</h2>1.满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；2.落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：本项目非专门面向中小企业。根据财库【2020】46号《政府采购促进中小企业发展管理办法》、财库【2014】68 号《关于政府采购支持监狱企业发展有关问题的通知》、财库【2017】141号《关于促进残疾人就业政府采购政策的通知》、鲁财库〔2007〕32号《山东省节能环保产品政府采购评审办法》、潍财采〔2021〕40号《潍坊市财政局关于优化政府采购营商环境创新突破举措的通知》等相关法规。在价格评审项中，给予小微企业、监狱企业、残疾人福利性单位的价格给予10%的扣除；3.本项目的特定资格要求：具有承担本项目能力的供应商。本项目不接受联合体投标。<span style='background: rgb(255, 255, 0);
