根据四川省耕地质量与肥料工作总站《关于做好四川省2022年耕地质量调查与评价工作的通知》（川耕肥函〔2022〕14号）、四川省财政厅、四川省农业农村厅《关于下达2022年省级财政农田建设共同财政事权转移支付资金的通知》（川财农〔2022〕72号）和《四川省省级财政农田建设共同事权转移支付资金管理办法》（川财农〔2019〕178号）文件要求，为更好开展耕地质量调查监测与数据库更新评价工作，特实施《荣县2022年耕地质量调查监测与数据库更新评价》项目。 二）、技术及服务要求（实质性要求） 2.1耕地质量长期定位监测： 耕地质量长期定位监测内容主要包括2022、2023年度10个监测点进行田间管理；作物产量、施肥量、灌水量、降尘、植株与土壤监测；2022年度田间调查与样品采样、样品检测、数据汇总、编写年度耕地质量监测报告等工作。 耕地质量长期定位监测点检测 样品 别类 样品 数量 检测项目 耕地质量长期定位监测点 耕层 土样 44 将耕地质量监测、调查形成的数据资料汇总，根据省上技术方案要求，及时更新县级耕地质量数据库，开展耕地质量等级更新评价，进行相关成果编制，形成数据成果（图件成果、文字成果、数据库成果等），并上报审核。 2.4调查与采样： 田间调查与采样。在每个检测点、调查点位上开展耕地立地条件、自然属性、土壤健康和田间基础设施等调查，记录《耕地质量等级调查表》。土壤样品采集按《土壤样品采集技术规范（DB51/T 1048-2010）》进行，按照“等量”、“随机”、“多点混合”的原则，采用垂直柱状法采集耕作层土壤3kg 左右，置于样品袋中;用100mm3 土壤环刀取土壤容重样品2 个，分别装袋标识。样品运输、保管过程中要防止混合、污染和损失。每个点位需拍摄采样地块、周边标志性地物、GPS 坐标、土壤样品包装袋四张照片（凡涉及现场的照片需要有时间和地点）。 2.5样品的检测：
