（2）投标公司应能保证在投递过程中不缺漏期刊，如发现缺期少刊应无条件补配。对于已经确定不能补缺的期刊应在30天内提供彩色复制服务，并退还复制期刊与外文期刊的款项差额。对于因投标公司自身原因导致的缺刊，且不能以复印本弥补的，需向我馆支付该种期刊中标年度刊款1.5倍的赔偿费用。 （3）如我馆所订外文期刊出现停止出版、合并、拆分、载体变化等情况时，投标公司应在确认变更消息后的一周内以电子邮件或书面形式通知图书馆。对于停刊、休刊或发行中价格变动的期刊应及时与采访人员进行结算，并提供对账清单。 （4）投标公司需定期对我馆所订外文期刊的到刊率、到刊时滞、缺刊补缺和退款情况进行汇总并做出书面报告。
