text-indent: 24pt">根据上海市经济管理学校相关资产管理制度，建设上海市经济管理学校资产管理信息系统，实现对资产的基本信息录入、资产卡片管理、资产转移、资产维修、资产盘点、资产处置、资产租赁、收益管理、统计汇总和管理决策等提供技术支持，实现单位内所有资产管理参与者均可在线处理国有资产管理业务，强化资产从“入口”到“出口”全过程动态监管,满足不同应用层次资产业务日常管理及监管需求。同时实现与上海市行政事业单位资产管理信息系统无缝对接，并能根据新政府会计制度新折旧算法一键补提折旧并将折旧费用按照单位管理费用和业务活动费进行归属。</p><h3 style="line-height: 150%;
