ignore="1">财务会计制度</a>；具有履行合同所必需的设备和专业技术能力；参加政府采购活动前三年内，在经营活动中没有重大违法记录；法律、行政法规规定的其他条件。</p><p style="margin-left:0.0000pt;text-indent:21.0000pt;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:23.0000pt;">3.6投标人须在中国裁判文书网自行查询本公司行贿犯罪记录，且提供查询页面截图并加盖公章作为无行贿犯罪记录证明。</p><p style="text-indent:14.5500pt;line-height:23.0000pt;">4.1、参与吉林市公共资源交易服务中心交易项目的投标人，一律在吉林市公共资源交易网（www.jlsggzyjy.gov.cn）进行网上报名，报名时间：2019年03月11日至2019年03月13日16时止。</p><p style="text-indent:14.5500pt;line-height:23.0000pt;">4.2、符合要求的投标人申请人请于2019年03月11日至2019年03月13日到吉林市公共资源交易网缴纳平台使用服务费，下载询价文件。其他途径获取的询价文件开标时一律按无效投标处理。</p><p style="text-indent:14.5500pt;line-height:23.0000pt;">五、投标文件的递交</p><p style="text-indent:14.5500pt;line-height:23.0000pt;">5.1、开标时间及递交投标文件截止时间为2019年03月21日13时30分，递交地点（即开标地点）：吉林市解放西路16号政务服务中心七楼701开标室，逾期送达的或者未送达指定地点的投标文件，将不予受理。</p><p
