line-height: 150%;"><strong>2. 招标内容及范围</strong></p><p style="text-align: left; line-height: 150%; text-indent: 23.25pt;">2.1项目名称：长春双阳经济开发区交通信号监控系统运营维护服务项目。</p><p style="line-height: 150%; text-indent: 21.75pt;">2.2服务内容：长春双阳经济开发区内，由长春聚丰投资开发有限责任公司管理的公安交通指挥管理平台系统、交通信号灯、抓拍单元、交通技术监控及其配套的基础、杆件、管井、线缆、附件等设施。其中包括智能交通信号控制机5台、300万卡口抓拍单元20个、LCD拼接屏6块、信号灯72个等（详见后附明细表、交通路口详见明细）完成日常信号灯维修、养护、技术支持，负责各路口设备的定期维护、检修及紧急故障处理工作、确保设备的正常运转及交通卡口监控指挥中心进行24小时监察，记录等相关工作（本项目运营服务单位需对5个交通路口及监控指挥中心的网络专线进行购买服务，路口运行速度不低于20M，指挥中心运行速度不低于50M）。（具体内容祥见招标文件）</p><p style="text-align: left; line-height: 150%; text-indent: 24pt;">2.3服务要求：维修时间为全年365天，保证全天24小时不间断响应维修，每次维修由交警支队相关部门确定并签字，无指派人员签字的视为无效，不予支付维护费。 （每次维修需更换备件(以单件为基准计算），备件标准贰仟元以下设备由运营维护服务单位承担，大于贰仟元以上设备更换备件费用由业主承担。）</p><p style="text-align: left;
