line-height: 150%; text-indent: 12pt; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;">（2）供应商须具备建设行政主管部门核发的建筑工程施工总承包叁级及以上资质，同时具备建筑装修装饰工程专业承包贰级及以上资质，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具备相应的施工能力；</p><p style="margin: 6pt 0pt 0pt; line-height: 150%; text-indent: 12pt; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;">（3）投标人拟派项目经理应具有建筑工程专业贰级及以上注册建造师资格，具有建设行政主管部门核发的B类安全考核合格证书且无在建工程，提供无在建工程声明；拟派项目技术负责人具有相关专业中级及以上职称；项目管理机构配备人员持有专业人员岗位培训考核合格证书，安全员具有建筑施工安全生产考核证书（C证）；</p><p style="margin: 6pt 0pt 0pt; line-height: 150%; text-indent: 12pt; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;">（4）供应商近三年内在经营活动中无重大违法记录，无重大质量及安全事故发生；</p><p style="margin: 6pt 0pt 0pt; line-height: 150%; text-indent: 12pt; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;">（5）省外投标供应商必须在“湖北省建筑市场监管与诚信信息一体化平台”（以下简称一体化平台）进行登记，投标报名时必须提供在“湖北省建筑市场监管与诚信信息一体化平台”中打印带二维码的《省外建筑业企业投标信息登记表》；</p><p style="margin: 6pt 0pt 0pt;
