text-indent: 21pt; -ms-layout-grid-mode: char;">2.5具有近一年（2017年）经会计师事务所或审计机构审计的财务报告或近三个月内银行资信证明；</p><p style="line-height: 150%; text-indent: 21pt; -ms-layout-grid-mode: char;">2.6近三年（2016年 3月 1 日至2019年2 月28日）没有骗取中标和严重违约及重大工程质量、安全等问题，没有处于被责令停业，投标资格被取消，财产被接管、冻结或破产状态；</p><p style="line-height: 150%;
