orphans: 2; widows: 2; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;">4、采购项目需要落实的政府采购政策：（1）《国务院办公厅关于建立政府强制采购节能产品制度的通知》(国办发[2007]51号)和财政部、发展改革委发布的《节能产品政府采购实施意见》(财库[2004]185号)、财政部国家发展改革委关于调整公布最新一期节能产品政府采购清单的通知。（2）《关于在政府采购活动中查询及使用信用记录有关问题的通知》（财库【2016】125号）投标人不得被列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单，投标人须在投标文件中同时提供本项目投标截止时间之前通过“信用中国”网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）两个网站获取的信用信息查询结果，信用信息查询结果应为从上述网站获取的查询结果原始页面的打印件或完整截图，否则投标无效。（3）财政部《政府采购进口产品管理办法》（财库[2007]119号）及《关于政府采购进口产品管理有关问题的通知》(财办库［2008］248号)。（4）《关于在政府采购活动中开展行贿犯罪档案查询工作的通知》（闽检发[2014]7号）。（5）本项目为非专门面向中小企业采购。根据中华人民共和国财政部、中华人民共和国工业和信息化部《政府采购促进中小企业发展暂行办法》（财库【2011】181号）、中华人民共和国财政部、司法部关于政府采购支持监狱企业发展有关问题的通知（财库【2014】68号），对小型和微型企业产品的价格给予6%的扣除，用扣除后的价格参与评审。监狱企业参加政府采购活动视同小型、微型企业，享受评审价格扣除的政府采购优惠政策。（6）根据财政部、民政部、中国残疾人联合会印发的《三部门联合发布关于促进残疾人就业政府采购政策的通知》财库〔2017〕141号文件规定（7）其他和政府采购相关的政策法规。<p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
